Overview
From traditional khobz flatbreads to m’hancha cakes and ghriba cookies, this workshop will have you learning how to make some of the most beloved baked treats in Morocco — perfect for those of you with a sweet tooth. We’ll end with some classic mint tea and nibbles of our baked creations.

Born into a family with multiple generations of chefs, love and appreciation for food has been instilled in Mohamed since he was a child. He runs his own bakery in Tangier and has published several cookbooks.
