Overview

Chef Hassan Said welcomes you to his home for a three-hour culinary journey. Learn how to use the classic Tagine pot to create delectable Moroccan dishes including Mrouzia (lamb stew), Kefta Mkaouara (Moroccan meatballs) and Mqualli (fish stew).

We’ll start in the bustling Marrakech markets, where Hassan will guide us through shopping for spices and ingredients.

Before we get chopping, learn the history of Tagine pottery, how to season a new pot and prepare it for cooking.

We’ll end with a homey, family-style lunch, where you can enjoy the dishes alongside pairings with local wine.
