General
Where will the festival be held?
This year, Nomadic will be held in the dazzling city of Marrakech, Morocco. The main stage for the weekend is located near Menara against the backdrop of the High Atlas Mountains.
When should I arrive?
Nomadic officially starts on August 26 but you can arrive the day of or a couple of days in advance - the choice is up to you!
What are the festival hours?
Doors to the main stage will open at 6pm on August 26 and 27 and will close late when performances end.
How do I get to the main stage?
Private shuttle buses to and from the main stage are included when you book your accommodation with Nomadic. If you plan on driving to the main stage, please note that you’ll need to pay for parking.
Is there food available?
Yes! We have great local vendors serving up fresh food and drinks at the main stage. Water is also available for free.
Is there a bag check?
There’ll be limited storage space for bag check. We recommend leaving bulky items at your accommodation.
Is there an age restriction?
You must be 18+ to attend the festival. A valid ID or passport will be checked when you enter the main stage.
Tickets
When will I get my tickets?
E-tickets, festival guides and other important info will get sent to ticket-holders two weeks before the festival.
Can I buy my ticket now and then book extras later?
Yes! We recommend securing your ticket as soon as possible. You can come back any time to add other extras. At checkout, simply log in using the same email address and your new purchase will be added to your account.
How do payment plans work?
Our payment plans allow you to spread your payments out over the course of a 6-month period. You'll pay a deposit when you first check-out that is equal to 1/6th of your total cart balance. Your account will then automatically be charged at the same time of the month over the next 6 months until the full balance is paid.
Can I upgrade or switch my ticket pass?
Upgrading to VIP or switching dates are possible subject to availability. Please get in touch with our team via email to learn more.
I can't come anymore, what can I do?
You can change the name of the booking and transfer your tickets over to someone else. Please get in touch with our team via email to learn more.
LODGING
Do I need to book accommodation through Nomadic?
No! You can choose to stay wherever you like in Marrakech. However, if you book accommodation outside of Nomadic, you’ll need to arrange your own Private shuttle buses to and from the festival main stage.
When can I book into my accommodation?
Depending on where you’ve booked, check-in is on average around 3pm-5pm. We’ll notify you of the specific time and location of your accommodation check-in, if you have booked through us.
Will more accommodation come on sale?
If your preferred accommodation option is sold out, please check back our website or keep an eye on your email for more accommodation options.
TRAVEL
When is the best time to book flights?
Most airlines release their flights around winter, although some are out now.
Which airports can I fly into?
You can fly into Marrakech Menara Airport or Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca. We have arrival and departure transfers ready for both airports.
How do I get to my accommodation from the airport?
The easiest way to get to your accommodation from the Marrakech Menara Airport or Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca is with our airport transfers. Alternatively, you can hire a car, ride a bus or take a train.
