When will I receive my tickets?
E-tickets, festival guides, and important event information will be emailed to ticket holders approximately two weeks before the festival.
Can I buy my ticket now and add extras later?
Yes. Subject to availability, airport transfers and optional experiences can be added after booking through your booking portal or by contacting our team.
How do payment plans work?
Flexible payment plans may be available on selected ticket types and packages. Your available payment options will be displayed during checkout.
Can I upgrade or switch my ticket pass?
If your preferred ticket or package is still available, we'll do our best to help you upgrade. Contact our team for assistance.
I can’t attend anymore. What should I do?
