Express yourself through the art of clay pottery in this afternoon session with artist, John Alaoui.

There’s nothing quite like crafting a unique piece of art with your own bare hands. Inside John Alaoui’s very own gallery-studio, we’ll be learning the techniques and artistry behind clay pottery – from designing and moulding to polishing and painting.

DESIGN

We’ll start by exploring clay in its raw state, discovering the ways you can shape and bend it to various designs and forms.

MOULD

Next, we’ll mould the clay to our designs and use a traditional pottery wheel to create unique pieces.

PAINT

After firing the clay pottery, we’ll finish our pieces with decorative paint.
